Ordered from fake website, but Vivo helped sort it out
Hello. I rate Vivobarefoot, and especially Thomas 5 star,as they gave an amazing service. Accidentally I ordered Vivo shoes from a fake website, the fake website looked promising with a huge,I would say double discount on all shoes. Unfortunately I fell for it ,as it looked ok website and ordered 2 pairs. Probably I don't even need to mention that it was a fake site,my money got stolen. Even got a Tracking number through Track17,and after a month of waiting I received a cheap, probably 1 € worth necklace :( all the time was hoping that It didn't happen to me,until I received fake delivery.
Then I contacted Vivobarefoot.com ,finally I found the official website,I told them what happened....and guess what, yesterday I received a free pair of Vivo Tracker 2 fg boots from Vivobarefoot.com
Best customer service I have ever met, they really do care about their customers. Especially big thank to Thomas from Vivo who organised everything

Have a nice day,and keep up the good work

I listen to Rangan Chattergee…
I listen to Rangan Chattergee recommending these and how he has only worn these for 9 years and so have his family and wonder how yours are better than mine? I bought 2 pairs first for my husband who suffers with his back as thought these might help. I then bought a pair for myself. My husband can't wear his for work but I have worn mine most days for 2 months. They now have a hole in the toe and the tread is seriously worn. I have tried to get hold of customer service but no response. It is such a shame because I love them but for that money you need them to last longer.

Prius vivo womens review
Bought womens primus, have been wearing for walking now for 6 months. Cost 140-150.00, material all recycle, shoes are like the casing on cheese, just a shell. With this minimal recycle material, I feel I am, at the end of the day, paying for a concept and a “look”. I will look elsewhere for better deal to walk barefoot

Great shoes that fall apart in a couple of months.
I wear these basically every day, I've tried tracker and forest ESC boots, and primus trail trainers. They're all really comfortable, wide enough for your toes to move freely. But they always start to fall apart within a couple of months. The soles come away from the boot (which lets water in), lace fastenings break off.
Fortunately vivobarefoot let you return them, but it does seem weird that it always happens to every pair I've had. They could do better.

Poor quality overexpensive shoes
The shoes are really bad quality. They just start to fall apart after a few months. It is exactly what it is said on other reviews. The soles come away from the boot (which lets water in)
The customer service is horrible. I have escalated my complaint to the manager and it's been 10 days and I haven't heard from them.
It is a shame as I loved the barefoot concept.
My fault as between my boyfriend and myself we bought around 10 pairs in total over the last year and a half and they are all starting to fall apart.
This should not be happening when you spend so much money in a pair of shoes.
What a waste of money and time with their customer service.
Please do not buy it unless you just want to throw your money to waste.

Blisters after less than an hour of wearing
Ordered a pair of Women's Tracker II FG boots. Shipping was slow and tracking pretty much non existing. Received my boots in the nick of time before my hiking trip, but I ended up getting blisters at the top of the heel from simply walking around the supermarket. The boots have a hard edge at the back of the heel which hurt my feet through my socks!
Had to wear my everyday barefoot shoes from another manufacturer for the whole trip instead.
I'll be returning the Vivo boots. Printing a return label was easy, I hope the rest of the return process will be ok.

Vivobarefoot Magma boots
Bought a pair of Magma boots for my son - eye-watering prices but apparently brilliant boots. The laces broke within 3 months and have been back and forth between supplier and Vivobarefoot for the last couple of weeks. Eventually supplier have offered to reimburse cost of new laces if i purchase them. Ideally at £150+ cost price decent laces should be expected as part of the product.

Definitely NOT tough for the playground...
I want to preface this review with the fact that I really wanted to love the vivobarefoot school shoes. I already own some which I love but unfortunately the school shoes have a really poor performance. They are not hardwearing at all and my 6 year old son has worn through 2 pairs in a year. The velcro strap has fallen apart both times and the rubber sole and leather have become extremely worn. My son is an average 6 year old so will run around and they receive a lot of use but I would expect all school shoes to be made to handle this especially as vivo describe them as tough for the playground. They certainly are not that.

When considering how expensive they are, I would definitely have expected them to last longer than 6 months. Sadly will not be buying again.

Absolute lack of integrity
Absolute lack of integrity. They offer a 20% discount for referrals of friends details. There are no conditions stated on the page (dated screenshots taken). When we attempted to place the code, they site refused to accept it on items stating there was already a price cut on it.
Tried to resolve it on webchat simply stating the lack of integrity in harvesting people's data and simply to take off our data - clearly citing that it was not an attempt to leverage a sale but it was about not associating with the lack of integrity and the chat was promptly cut off.

Very underhanded company. I am happy to substantiate this with the screenshots we sent them of the referal page AND they have not done anything about the retention of data.

You are who you associate with. If you pay a premium for ideals, expect integrity to be played out.

Great shoe, just way overpriced!
I bought vivo after some years of yoga and mobility classes which consistently highlighted weakness in my feet. The price point was frankly ridiculous and probably delayed my decision by about a year (the concept of half the shoe for twice the price seems like nice work if you can get it ?...).

However, I took the plunge three months ago with a pair of Primus Trail shoes and I honestly haven't looked back since. Took a couple of days for my feet to adjust - I am 100kgs and walk 8-10km every day - but very quickly my feet felt stronger, lower back pain was eased, and foot issues from my level of exercise have massively reduced.

I would definitely recommend the whole barefoot concept and am actively looking now at more pairs.
I am just not sure if I would go back to vivobarefoot for my next pair - that price point is just too much (£230stg for some hiking boots!) but I am pleased with the ones that I have, despite the reservations on price.

I have had no experience with customer service beyond a smooth ordering service and prompt delivery. I was careful to ensure that I was buying from the company direct and not one of the scam stores on social media. They definitely sell hard on the whole lifestyle brand which leaves me a bit cold, and the sales emails are way too frequent - I had to unsubscribe.

In short, the shoes are great in terms of quality, design and usability for me as someone who is a pretty hard wearer of them, but the price point is about 30-40% out for me to become a lifelong customer, which is a real shame as I really like the product and design - hence only 4 stars out of 5.

Just a marketing buzz
Although I was really looking forwards to receiving these shoes and getting into the barefoot benefits, vivobarefoot is not the right choice for me.

- The shoes arrived damaged. One of the 'fixer' for the shoe laces was ripped off which made me think that these shoes have been at least tried by someone else.
- The shoes are seriously overpriced for what you get. Shoes look fancy and trendy on their website, but in reality they are poorly made, and they feel that they will fall apart after few months of use.
- Their customer service is not professional. I have contacted them twice and they come back to me with automated emails asking about my identity and verification of purchase. They don't even scroll down the emails I sent them to see that all the information is already there!

I just want to return the shoes, get a refund and completely forget this company and look for other barefoot shoes.

Purchased 3 pairs of their shoes on the…
Purchased 3 pairs of their shoes on the recommendation of our physio for the kids. Firstly, ordered in Nov 21 and received 1 pair at the end of Feb 22, just in time for school. The other 2 came much later and excuse was COVID.
The 1st pair of school shoes get worn 4 times a week. They lasted 2 and bit months. I've taken them back to the Physio and they took photos and forwarded them on to the supplier in late May 22.
Physio have advised me, late June 22 that they have not received anything back yet.
The shoes are all but ruined. The Velcro tabs and frayed and worn, the toes are scuffed through the leather and the soles are very much worn. My opinion, NOT DESIGNED and should NOT be called SCHOOL SHOES.
Waiting to hear back from the manufacture via the Physio.
Poor design and appalling communications. Can't blame COVID for all this time.

Beautiful women's hoodie
The hoodie I ordered from vivobarefoot is so cool, beautiful and the material used in making it is very cosy and warm. I recommend them for a great shopping experience.

Ordered shoes of the 'Ireland' site and expected it to be a trustworthy company and site.
First thing was the price ended up being different than on the website. Then after paying I didn't get an email confirming and when the expected delivery would be. After emailing them they came back with a gerneic email with no info. On further enquiries I got a tracking number from China and expected delivery in 3 weeks. I waited about 6 months and nothing arrived. Then the money was just refunded without explanation, I wanted but nothing camw
